Course Description:

This is an online self-instructional course. The intent of this course is to provide opportunities for learners to develop mindsets and methodologies which
will improve their cross-age peer-mentoring programs.

The course will be delivered in 4 seperate units. Each unit will lead the learner through readings, multimedia lectures, and activities. Because this is a self-instructional course the learner can proceed at his/her own pace. The intent is for the course to provide a fundamental-level of understanding and expertise in 4 weeks-if 15 hours is devoted to learning per week. A more in-depth knowlege base and skill set can be achieved by undertaking the additional challenges presented which are extentions of the core instruction. This level of immersion would generally require 8 weeks to complete.
